Cost Per Session

• Self Pay rate: $150-$200

• Sliding Scale Fee Offered

• Late cancellation (within 36 hours of session time) fee is STRICTLY ENFORCED

  • Fee is $100 and will be charged day of missed session on card on file which is provided at intake. This is not covered by insurance.

  • Approved late cancellation reasons are: illness, death, car accident or trouble

  • Enforced due to wait list of others who would have needed and used that time slot

• Can take payment by: Cash, Check, Card

  • Card/ Square App charges 3.5%

  • Payment plans are not allowed.

  • Must pay copay at time of session.

Accepted Insurances: Blue Cross Blue Shield, Tricare, Medicaid, United Healthcare, self-pay rate

• It is the responsibility of the client to check with their insurance about deductibles and copays. Any deductible must be met out of pocket before copays and payment of session is billed regularly.

• Any extra letters needed written- such as for court, custody cases, recommendation for disability, service animal recommendation, or proof of therapy for parole or probation are billed extra and not covered by insurance.
